Family Shoot at the Stables | Washington DC Children’s Photography

Amanda and Emily are some of my annual pass members, which means I get to see their beautiful family throughout the year! It’s something I cherish about my annual pass sessions; I get to watch little ones grow, and see parents blossom into courageous and brave individuals as they learn what it means to be a family. Adrian is lucky to have this kind of family, and we had a beautiful time together. For this shoot, they wanted to meet at Meadowbrook Stables, where Adrian had the change to meet some of the horses living there. He was a bit nervous at first, but was really into seeing the animals and the scenery. We were able to play in the meadow, and he loved picking apples in the orchard area. The day was sunny, and the crisp fall weather was perfection.

When a family books my annual pass membership, it allows for some of these fun, unposed shoots, where childhood and it’s wonders can be documented without stress. It gives my families more opportunities, more photos, and more memories. It also allows them to choose locations like this one, where kids can run free, and experience something while I am there, snapping away. Adrian’s enjoyment of the horses, and the day with his parents, really was something to remember!
